NIMIG LLC, currently doing business as NMSwimSchool, uses this form to respond to in-person lesson, online-coaching and race-video-review inquiries and coordinate the requested service with Nicholas Imig.

What the form stores

Your chosen coaching service, adult or parent/guardian contact name and email, swimming focus, general swimming experience, preferred times for in-person lessons and the goals you choose to provide. Records are stored in this website’s hosted database and are available only through the protected instructor booking desk.

Do not provide a child’s name, birth date, medical details, payment-card information, videos or private footage links in this public form. A parent or guardian should make inquiries for a minor. Private coaching-recording consent and optional public-media consent are separate later steps.

What happens next

An inquiry is not a confirmed booking. Nicholas will discuss fit, service scope and a quote, along with any required payment and paperwork. In-person lessons also require confirmed pool-lane arrangements and a lesson time. This form does not charge a card or send an automatic email.
